During my recent stay at Wellness Hotel Bladen, I had the pleasure of indulging in the culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurant. The small menu, curated with dishes that change daily, provided a delightful surprise each mealtime. I particularly enjoyed savoring a coffee at the bar with its panoramic view of the Dolomite peaks of Mount Siera, making for a truly picturesque dining experience.The rich breakfast buffet was a highlight, boasting a wide selection of fresh bread and homemade cakes, complemented by regional cold cuts and a variety of mountain cheeses. It was the perfect start to my day of relaxation and exploration. The option to enjoy my meals on the sun terrace in the summer months added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experiences. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a gourmet getaway in a stunning location.
